  • btv99 employees, directors, and their immediate family members may not place bets on the platform.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account on btv99, you must provide accurate and complete information. It is your responsibility to update your registration details immediately if any changes occur in the future.

3.2 Account Security

  • You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.
  • You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

  • Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Account Verification

btv99 may request documents at any time to verify your identity, age, and payment method. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

Minimum deposit: A minimum of ৳300 must be deposited for each method.
Accepted methods: Only these four mobile financial services are accepted: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
Account matching: The deposit method must be registered in your name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.

Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All deposits are processed instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Minimum withdrawal: A minimum of ৳800 may be withdrawn per method.
Processing time: Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes after successful verification.
Verification requirement: Your account must be fully verified at the time of submitting a withdrawal request.
btv99 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal request pending investigation if there is suspicion of fraud or rule violations before the request is processed.

5 Bonus & Wagering Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered players will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering applies to the bonus amount only — not to the deposit amount.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

5.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

  • A bonus applies to one account only, one time.
  • Bonus funds cannot be cashed out directly — they may only be used for gaming.
  • While one bonus is active, no other bonus offer may be claimed.
  • btv99 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings if fraudulent bonus use is detected.
  • Bonus offers must be used within a specified period; expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.

6 VIP Program Terms

btv99's VIP program has five tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

  • Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
  • Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Tiers are upgraded based on player activity and participation. Cashback is credited to the account at a set time each week. btv99 reserves the right to modify VIP terms without prior notice.

VIP cashback benefits apply to regular, active players only. In cases of fraudulent activity, VIP benefits may be revoked immediately.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

7.1 Fair Play Policy

btv99 is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games on our platform operate through verified and impartial technology.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.

  • Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
  • Using fraudulent payment methods or engaging in money laundering.

8 Sports Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Once a bet is placed on the btv99 platform, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. In the case of technical errors or event cancellations, the bet amount may be refunded.

8.2 Market Restrictions

Maximum bet limits may apply to certain markets or events. btv99 reserves the right to adjust limits or cancel bets where unusual betting patterns are detected.

8.3 Live Betting

In cases of rule violations, fraud, or activities contrary to applicable law, btv99 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. btv99 also reserves the right to take applicable legal action in such cases.

14 Amendments & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Amendments to Terms

btv99 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will attempt to notify players by email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform under the revised terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

For any complaint or dispute, please contact our support team first. We aim to provide an initial response to your complaint within 48 hours. If a dispute remains unresolved, both parties will choose a mutually agreed path to settlement.
